Foundresses Week Reflection

Due to my occupation, unfortunately I was unable to make it to the events of Foundresses week. I did have a chance to get the written reflections from our Dean and after reading them and picking the one I found most interesting this is what I came up with. In this reflection, the topic of discussion stems from Mathew Fox's talk. The questions that reveal themselves are on how humans perceive time. If we think time is infinite or finite. What happened before the big bang? Also if the universe we live is the only one. Another point brought up was if the galaxy we lived in was one of many that may reside outside of our galaxy. I found these questions to be very interesting because, I too had these questions when I took Astronomy class. I always wandered if God really just made one of everything or made more than one thing. I feel that we humans cant be the only special thing to be on this planet and that there is so much we still don't know about.
